As a medically-supervised program, optional FDA-approved medication can be prescribed to supplement your efforts and attain your goals.

Getting fit is uncomfortable and takes consistent effort and grit.  Our fitness classes offer a personal trainer to help customize your starting point, exercise routine and keep eyes on you, to make sure you progress safely and effectively.  As your body grows stronger and more powerful, so will your energy and frame of mind.
